As a twist on the traditional Pils, they dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemon grass. A refreshing, light bodied and hop driven Pils.
-Firestone Walker Double Jack Imperial IPA, 9.5%: The brewery's first Imperial IPA, it features a big malty middle to cloak the high alcohol and mouth puckering hop bitterness. Huge tangerine, grapefruit and juicy fruit aroma blossom over the herbal blue basil and malt earthiness of this aggressive beer.

One of the things we love most about St. Baldrick’s Day is the outpouring of support that comes from our communities. One very special instance of that is this awesome father-daughter duo that will be shaving their heads together to raise funds for childhood cancer.
Meet Stewart and Victoria Savage from Davis. Stewart is the Executive Director of Davis Downtown, and, along with his daughter, is championing a big effort to raise funds for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
“Fighting cancer in children and young adults is important for both of us,” say Stewart. “For me, it means that I am helping families enjoy a few more precious moments together. For my daughter, it means that she and her friends will have a greater opportunity to grow up and experience all that life has to offer.”
Both Stewart and Victoria will be shaving their heads at our Davis Pub on March 13th—but in the meantime, they need your help!
We encourage you to make a donation to their fundraising pages to show your support!
Visit http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/stewartsavage to donate to Stewart or http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/victoriasavage to donate to Victoria.
Of course, they would love to have you cheer them on as they have their heads shaved, too. Come to de Vere’s Davis and see them get buzzed for a great cause! The action starts at 5pm.
Cheers to Stewart and Victoria!

Every year at the pub, we like to celebrate the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve, twice: once at 4pm PST (12am in Dublin) and again at 12am our time. That way, everyone has a chance to raise a glass of bubbly or a shot of whiskey to celebrate the new year. If you want to avoid the crazy crowds at night, prefer to be in bed at midnight, or have kids to keep company, join us at 4pm for a toast to Dublin. If you want the real deal, come party with us at night! For both toasts, we will be handing out champagne and whiskey to all who'd like to partake.
We will also be doing a special Prime Rib dinner on the 31st. More details to come!
It's official, we are hosting a BIG brunch on 1/1/2013! Come in and recover from the night before with $10 Bottomless Bottle Mimosa Service, Bloody Marys, and Almost Famous Irish Coffees.
