It's the most wonderful time of the year! National Bourbon Month (September) has arrived, and we're serving up some amazing specials to celebrate! From drinks to eats to beer & bourbon pairings, we're offering you multiple ways to experience some of our favorite bourbons. But be sure to act fast! In a couple of weeks, we'll be swapping out these specials for new Bourbon Month treats.

Sacramento St. Patrick's Day Menu

This St. Patrick's Day, we will be offering a limited menu at our Sacramento location. (De Vere's in Davis will have a fuller menu available all day!) Here's what you can look forward to enjoying, along with your favorite pint!

Come to the pub and feel the love! We know de Vere's isn't your typical destination for a date night, but this Valentine's Day, we're making it worth your while. Get 3 courses and a carafe of wine for $50 per couple!

Lighter Side of Ireland June Menu

Summer is officially here, which means it's time to reveal our first Lighter Side of Ireland menu for 2012! Here is your opportunity to try some less-traditional Irish fare, filled with fresh ingredients. These lighter options will change every month. Here's what's available for the month of June.

Arugula and baby spinach, shaved fennel, spring onion, cherry tomato, candied brown bread, goat cheese, and pear vinaigrette.


Crispy pork belly, green beans, roasted spring onion, and dijon veal sauce.

Grilled lamb rack, sauteed kale, chioga beets, walnuts, and Serrano chimichuri.




Last But Not Least: August's Urban "Lighter Side of Ireland" Menu

August is here, and so is the final installment of our "Lighter Side of Ireland" menu series. This month's Urban Menu showcases the modern food movement currently happening in Ireland. Pulling inspiration from both June's Seaside Menu and July's Farm House Menu, this lineup is bursting with big (but not overly filling) flavors. As always, offerings change every week--and are made entirely in-house--so come in soon to get a taste of these limited-edition dishes!
